Welcome to Leadership Study

Out of fascination and intrigue with leadership and learning about successful leaders and their core values, I have decided to create a blog and share my thoughts as well as hear yours. This blog will serve to explore different theories behind successful leadership, case studies of leaders, and interesting articles and books on the subject.

This is my first foray into the blogsphere. Any and all comments and contributions are welcome. Feedback is a gift and it is greatly appreciated as well as any suggestions for topics to discuss. My goal is to post an entry on a weekly basis. UPDATE: My goal is to have a weekly comprehensive topical post that will be called a “Study Post” in addition to a brief daily entry that will be part of “Daily Thoughts”.

Upcoming posts (in no particular order): Making the Case for Servant Leadership, Case Study: Lou Holtz, Reviewing Dale Carnegie’s  How to Win Friends and Influence People.

I finished reading How to Win Friends and Influence People last week and I am looking for a new book to check out, ideally focused on servant leadership. Please share suggestions in the comments.
