Daily Thought 12/2: Winning

No this isn’t about Charlie Sheen, sorry. While Sheen may have made the idea of “Winning” a pop culture hit a few months ago, winning has been a part of society since the beginning of time. As a leader, it is important to win. This is important for several reasons: winning keeps your followers happy and excited about following you and it shows progress towards your goals. It is important to collect “small wins” on the way to your “big wins”. Very simply put, make goals for successes you can achieve along the way to accomplishing your overarching goals. What small wins have you recently accomplished that will help you reach your big wins? The more you win, the close you are to becoming a champion of your trade, cause, activity, etc.
